Some of the mod actions(like locking the account) will prevent it, as will any open reports or vios, or if you've had games in the past 24 hours it's undeletable.

I also noticed there's a bug that prevents deletion of mains sometimes, solution is to make an alt, main it, and delete the main. Course then you might be stuck with some random new main.
