Omg LL thread! I'm also LL cosplayer (name is NozoMinaj, lel) and I made Café Maid Nozomi and Valentine Nico recently (some details were missing or redone like the wings and that white lace border, but that's it basically). hi!! if u scout when fairy rin is released, you'll have a 40% to get her out of all urs! which means a 0.4% chance of getting fairy rin while u have a 0.05% to get fairy nico!!

but imo if u like both of them i say scout when fairy rin is released bc you'll have a chance of getting both!!

(also when i scouted for fairy rin i got fairy nico instead but shes gorgeous so im still happy <3)
