The burden of proof is on the person making the positive assertion. It is your job to find this alleged evidence, not mine. Also if it was vague, as you so put it, how can you prove it wasn't just an accident?

And Terry has made subtle jabs trying to claim that said person isn't actually trans and is just going through a phase, which is kinda really messed up? So I think he should apologize for that, lmao. If you lay everything out on a table, "accident" doesn't add up with that.


I'm going to need pics and links for that, before you go along accusing my client of wrong-doings based upon what you "think" happened, and what you "think" he should do based upon what you "think" happened.
