I agree, but I'm just saying I feel like people who are mad are more likely to file a report against someone because they lost, but they could still think, at the time, that it's a violation

Soooooooo, what if someone legitimately thinks that rules were broken and they get report spam because they were wrong?? This is almost discouraging players to file a report in fear that they'll be wrong

the amounts of reports filed aren't higher than they used to be so i doubt "frivolous reports" are any higher than they used to be either.

Reports were always at like 150 every 24 hours, they're actually even less so jeffery's essay was stupid lol
