you should test to see if you can recreate this scenario

I'm positive that meteor was on Town because Mafia had another meeting (Hooker Meeting) and chose a person in it, unlike Fancy pants where there is no Mafia PR; So Meteor hits normally.

Edit: Thats probably not how Meteor should work, but that is how it works anyways so there you have it.
