is this happening
thats your fault for letting them into the game
the only reason there was a speedlynch was because arcbell told prevail who mafia was so she kept leading on mafia
i guess that happens sometimes, normally though it's against town's best interests to speedlynch
that's really the responsibility of the players, though. i don't think the rule is flawed at all
Yeah it was just annoying last game how a day literally started one hour after I got to work and ended an hour before I got home and suddenly my partner was lynched.
then don't quicklynch before people can post? simple enough
if people were annoyed at town speedlynching that's understandable but it has absolutely nothing to do with the ruleset
you have to be aware of the blitz risks with your vote when you make it
it mostly conflicted with peoples schedules is why people didnt like it (some didnt even post before a lynch happened in the last game)
but to each their own, you dont join a fm game and not post
it was in the first line of the rule
"A lynch will happen immediately if a supermajority vote is reached. (e.g. 9/16)"

ii didn't since i thought it was normal?? i think the way the hosts thought it worked was only at the end of the day or something? i think tht was the confusion about it i dont rly remember
ya that's how things normally go, why did ppl have a problem with that
when the votes on x is over 50% of the town, the lynch happens on the spot
most lynches are decided by simple majority, i thought
wtf was the supermajority rule
e: just looked and apparently it was simple majority, that is not a supermajority
it's not even called "supermajority rule" or anything, it's just how lynches are decided. i gave it that name to differentiate it from the weird hackjob lynch rule arcbell put together
supermajority rule is standard on all other forum mafia sites
i could be interested in hosting, tbh
