@sims: it was a pretty much a pastebin in thread form linking intent between multiple players, regardless of outcome. i understand you're an outcome oriented guy and that's why you dismissed it as baseless; but i still appreciate that you "looked into it."

p.s. if you didn't write the rule and lucid hasn't told you that he wrote the rule, isn't it obvious that it's a hack-in with all the typos? would he really put his personal e-mail up in such a public setting
