If applications are getting shoved back, that means you're getting a lot, right?

I think the questions about qualifications is important. Do you have to be good at EM? Do you have to be a competitive player?

Alternately, if you guys have a lot of applications, why is there a mod shortage? :/

Every app from June 24, 2014 onward is still there but if it's been more than a month, we encourage you to resubmit if we're still looking for people. After a month, more applications pile up and they get shoved back.

You know who else gets rejected 5 times and still doesn't get the hint? Stalkers.

well 4 times sending in apps isn't that bad considering 2 times it got wiped since I joined the site and the last one was because Zilla was wanting us to send in entirely new apps. Probably because of a wipe or something. So no, nothing like that.
