Coconut oil hair treatments. Apply liberally into hair and put it in a bun for at least twenty minutes and go about your day. Then shower.

Don't rub your hair with a towel after you shower, this roughens cuticles. Just pat and press dry.

Flat iron as a last resort.

Well, I don't know about other black people, but I'm a black person that doesn't like my hair being a huge fuzz ball. I use coconut oil to condition it and if I need to straighten it I use CHI Silk Infusion on it before running a flat iron through it.

My sisters have frizzy hair. They leave it frizzy because fighting genetics with chemicals is silly
