Check out the Tiramisu deck lists. All the new decks are from about 20 months ago.

There's no way to sort it by Recent so it's impossible to play new decks unless you made them yourself.

Compare this to Anonymous Games and Draw It. Both modes have a sort by Recent function so that new decks show up no matter what.
