slowrolling has too many disparate definitions.
If you're intentionally not closing out a game in autowin then that could be slowrolling, but taking too much time to make a decision is not.
if they take like 10 minutes with hammer you could argue it's trolling, yeah, otherwise it's just rude
this is assuming you mean "slowrolling" as in mafia refusing to vote when they have the win, and not the weird definition it's evolved into where people say it to mean "not voting instantly when everyone else wants to lynch"

I think excessive slowroll could count as trolling but it doesn't really happen quite often
