Do password resets via email not work at all or do I need to wait for awhile for it to take effect? I've reset the password on one of my unlinked accounts but it seems to not actually change the password so I still don't have access. At least one other person told me they had the same issue.

EDIT: Was a separate issue. We got it figured out.
