Actually, Lucid just clarified and said no cheating violation and just a suspension from the round.
We need to get the Meta Abuse rule up today. It should have been down after Zwink/CocaCola but we slacked on that. Lucid has specifically asked that we do not ban Gerry. Other than that, he does not care what punishment we do.
Perhaps something should be put in place to stop people from playing over a certain amount of Comp games with a certain player.
I'm a new moderator so idk how much my opinion weighs on the decision. I'm also really good friends with Gerry so this may have a bias but I play a lot a lot a lot of Comp/Ranked with Gerry and I can say that he is a good player and usually can carry himself as town or mafia. Also, knowing his character, I don't think he'd ever have someone throw for him. I think, like Togepi said, this is a case of meta abuse. Reading through Gerry's lengthy response I see it as him and Lum having tells to each other that give them TRs on each other. Not sure how heavy the meta abuse is though seeing as I don't know their tells/meta. Just a few thoughts.
At the very, VERY least this is an another extreme case of meta abuse.
