'When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say."-George RR Martin
Don't close a thread because you don't agree with someone's opinion. I was talking about the SCOTUS decision and that is what the thread was about. My discussion was germane to the thread.
I mean, it would be understandable if you at least mentioned bell. But you mentioned arcbell. Going straight to arcbell??????????/ that is below the belt man.
do whatever you want, dude. you match betrayal for the least amount of social awareness i've seen on this site, and even then you can argue that betrayal does it on purpose.
I can name Forum Spam and Harrassment right off the bat. You mods have earned +3 empathy points btw. I can't imagine doing this all the time.

I have not violated any rule. I will appeal to Arcbell if you do.

I have not violated any rule. I will appeal to Arcbell if you do. I have done nothing wrong and if anything I have been wrong by the systematic minimizing of my free speech which everyone else enjoys.............or at least those of the same political opinions as the mods.
no, being muted would be if i forum suspended or banned you, which no mod has done

I was kept from expressing my views on a thread that was about that SCOTUS decision and instead told to start my own because my views were different than others in that thread. That is discrimination and that is saying my views are separate but equal.

I am being muted if I am not allowed to post in a thread that is on a certain subject and instead told that I must make my own separate but equal thread so my views are not expressed on someone else's thread.

As long as I am germane to the discussion and I was polite in expressing my views, there is no excuse for a mod to close the topic and then try and say it was because I was "trying to debate". I as polite in expressing my views even though I disagreed with the views being expressed. Closing the topic when someone with a different view tries to express them is unprofessional, and discriminatory towards some views. I was polite and was still talking about the same topic. It should not matter what my opinion was on the topic as long as I followed the terms of service as far as conduct in posting.
I expect that all speech should be equally protected on the forums as long as proper conduct under the terms of service is upheld. I wish to see this standard of conduct applied to all mods as well when they police the forum.
Dude it's not like they've muted or banned you. This topic shouldn't exist, just go make a new topic right now and type up some garble, I'm sure you'd get a few responses. Also Sims gets ten points for a thumbs up how unfair lol. (Actually scared me at first, I thought there were a looot of people here)

your argument was besides the point and irrelevant.

i don't care what you were doing and i'm not here to start another debate with you. that thread wasn't made for you to have a debate in, and for some reason you were the only person with enough gall to actually start one there. if you want to debate, all i want you to do is do it in a different topic.
