I remember giving at least one HC vio for someone who was repeatedly yelling at people calling them autistic.

The only difference is that autistic isn't inherently an insult, whereas R is at this point, since the term has been completely stricken from the medical vernacular.

R*tard has a use outside medicine anyway. It can be used with regards to mechanical devices not working properly, or any other thing which had a spectrum of progress.

Autistic has no application outside of medicine, and if I tell someone they're autistic on this website, I should get the same punishment as calling someone r*tarded or saying I hope they get cancer.

it's pretty much established that anyone who has taken a ridiculously strong stance on giving a hc vio for saying the r word once without hateful intent for people with mental illnesses is just a hypocritical sjw because they refuse to take the same stance on other things that can be considered slurs such as "autistic or crazy"

this rule has been around for a long time it's just that zovea's finally gotten around to complaining about it.
Do you know why we don't play? Because the game sucks. The game sucks because we don't play. I play, games suck but they suck a little less by virtue of me being in them.

The real joke is I have a violation for 2 games where I hurt someone's feelings so they struck back by reporting me for something petty I didn't even realize was against the rules because IT'S NOT WRITTEN IN THE RULES. 3 months for people to stoop this low and report me for something I was saying pretty frequently because playing with people that are content to be mediocre and don't know how to win games is frustrating.
