I think it's really harsh to involve yourself in someone's life if they're just trying to decide what to do with themselves - be it university (college), employment etc. At the same time, you need to account for individual differences and behave unassumingly whilst not exercising naivety. It's not really your place to tell others what they can and cannot do if they adhere to moral guidelines.

I think every situation should be treated differently. For what it's worth, I actually turned her down for like a month in the build up to it but we were at the same parties every weekend and I really got on with her. She was mature and I thought it was worth a shot I guess.


that's fair, i just would personally feel gross about dating an 18 year old at this point in my life. i'm so old i cannot believe how much old i am the oldest.
