like i said the game ends up in 2 50/50 lynches no matter how you do this, if the mimic doesn't use his action night 1 and he remains alive it's literally a town win 70% of the time.
Let's say the cop dies night 1 instead of even a random pr. Mimic claims and takes the claims of each person. If mimic is uncc'd - doc might end up cc'd, mimc doesn't need to tell the town who the doc ccs are he just needs to nl and go on one of them, confirming at least 1 mafia and leaving the other one in a 1/3.
If mafia cc mimic, the doc claims - they once again do the mimic test, i'm assuming if the mimic goes on doc and the doc dies that same night the doc will flip blue - the mafia will be confirmed once again and the remaining mafia will be in a 1/3 lynch.
No matter how you twist this if the mimic remains alive day 1, it will either be mafia hard claiming blue which gives town almost near auto win or they cc a pr role and gives town 1 50/50 and 1 1/3 lynch.
unless i'm confusing the mimic role somehow that's how i see it personally but do ur thing
& don't forget to add meta buddies onto that, one blue can easily be meta clear based off the night 1 kill which makes it even more town sided. if u manage to get this comped and played frequent it'll literally be 55% town win
If maf don't hit pr n1, cop outs with report, stalker ccs. Mimic outs his report, if he has any (if he flipped blue or not) and if he did flip blue he doesn't have a confirmed maf, anyway (2/3 of having mafia, but he can have mimicked blue).
If he mimicked one of the cop ccs, well, then that's confirmed fake cop, obviously. It can happen.
Move from there.
---
If mimic claims d1, maf will cc him. If mimic does the test like you suggest, cop outs and the other maf will cc him, so both mimics will be on both cop and no one will be confirmed. Test will not be a chance. (This is not how it's intended to be played)
(it's still being tested, so don't consider the %, it's going to be quite balanced)
pretty bad setup. In the event mafia don't hit a pr n1 the mimic will claim day 1, everyone will claim to him and if there's a cc he'll just mimic as one of the cc'd roles then auto lynch the other person.
Even if mafia cc mimic the mimic can do a test, the cop would claim and then mimic would mimic one person the cc would mimic another, if the cop is still cop the next day then the mimic is confirmed, if the cop dies as cop the mimic is confirmed.
This, even with it's day 1 mylo will be an incredibly town sided setup with enough plays. Also, the GF can only hide in a 1/3. it's literally 2 50/50 lynches no matter how you put it to lynch mafia, might aswell just comp classic mafia
Give it a try ;) I have no more red hearts, but I can make one with password so we can play it now and you see how it works. 2-3 plays and you see it. Ok? (I'll wait for your ok to host it)
Yeah, the strat is there from when I created it, so the mimic part is not updated to how it works now. That's why I wrote a comment on the role telling how it is working now. I'll update the strat soon (today, later, probably).
@Hibiki I played it yesterday and today. Yesterday mimic went on gf and became blue. Same on stalker and on blue. Mimic became blue in all these cases.
When he mimicked miller, he became miller.
When he mimicked prs (doc and cop) he swapped role with prs, making them a blue.
I was just reading your strat. I have absolutely no clue what mimic is like outside of people using it in sandbox where you always will steal a role.

I wonder if Riddler would appear out of nowhere to make another thread about doc-jointing if DLYV got comped again. It's almost worth dealing with all the terrible gameplay and reports just to let it be comped and see what happens.
