Listen to Harrold. Exercise helps A LOT. Like, it will change the way you perceive basically everything. It keeps your mind busy, gets you healthy, and makes you feel great about yourself.
As far as weed goes, don't do it. You'll convince yourself it helps, when in fact it makes your anxiety FAR worse. Trust me, I've been there.
If you ever need to talk, let me know. And ignore Dibbun, trust me, he isn't worth insulting at this point. Just don't acknowledge his existence, and he loses all the power he is trying to hold over you (which is none by the way, he's just one salty kid on the internet)

Each of us have the light inside to scare away the sadness. People and/or situations may have just put your light under a bucket. We hope that you would find that light again.
I would agree with Harrold and the rest: Physical exercise will show you you are capable of something. Stay away from drugs (and plants). You are stronger!

Sadness is being 46 pages through your work and still feeling as though you're nowhere near completion.
Anyway.
Dibbun, you're a total waste of space. Bear's just a kid and bullying him over the internet like that is literally one of the most pathetic things I've seen in a long time, even on this website. Error, don't bring your grudge with Satan into this thread. Justrec, just let it go dude.
Bear, I liked your poem. It was very personal, and it definitely fits to the mood that you are trying to portray. It gives a sense of helplessness in your life, but offers that your intentions are of a much more positive nature. It's somewhat bitter-sweet. I enjoy writing poetry, no matter how bad or good I think it is afterwards because the process is always a good release.
Furthermore, I wouldn't suggest weed. I spent 8 years of my life by being stoned every single day. Much of that time was brilliant and I probably would never change that, but the truth is that it created various problems in my life, and I didn't even notice as they would unfold. In most cases, repression does not contribute a beneficial outcome whilst regarding long term correction, especially if you can't even understand what it is that you're repressing.
life is weird. when you're a teenager you get depressed for no reason because of hormones or whatever, and then when you get older life gives you reasons
There is no reason for him to not at least try weed, if he's going through his whole life all depressed. It could make him worse, but it's worth the risk, since being depressed is no life at all.
hey dude i know you like going on the forums to pick fights, but maybe you shouldn't be picking a fight in a thread some kid is discussing his depression...have a little respect, you know?

i don't think you know or understand what a death threat is or how it works, idiot
weed helps people with depression. i know people who use it to help them and it works, which is why i suggested it. i'll leave this discussion though. bear seems to have a closed mind about the subject anyway.
i didnt smoke to cure my depression, i smoked to give myself something to do because i didn't feel like doing anything. it helped me a lot with my anxiety and allowed me to enjoy myself when i otherwise wouldn't have been able to

i kno what a depressant is, weed just makes u tired and not wanna do anything. it won't help him long term it'll just mellow him down short term, you shouldn't use marijuana to solve mental issues such as depression at the end of the day so it was a pretty bad suggestion
