It's that time ladies and gentlemen,
the 2015 NBA playoffs!!!!!!
This is going to be one of the best playoffs in NBA history
Here's my predictions for these playoffs.
It's literally been the hardest playoffs to pick, i don't know if Toronto will beat Atlanta but I know no matter what as long as Cleveland beats Chicago they're making it out of the east. The West is a lot harder to pick mostly every series with San Antonio took me 3 minutes of running scenarios and match ups in my head. They could literally be eliminated in the first round against the Clippers or run and take it all if they make it out of the west, against the in-experienced Cavalries.
Who I want to win it all:
Who wins it all?
20
Golden State
9
Chicago Bulls (just for justrec)
5
Cleveland Cavs
5
Houston
3
Toronto 6ix SIDE!!
3
San Antonio
3
ATL Hawks

I've been saying for the past 2 seasons Amir has to go I don't even want to look up his numbers but they're very abysmal. This makes no sense get better inside presence we control games. If this game did not have 16 offensive boards that caused I'm assuming at least 10 points we win this game no question.

Pat can't play the 4, this game in which it was basically Pat at the 4 and Amir at the 5 and they let up 16 or 17 offensive boards proves that. He's a SF who stretches the floor I wouldn't make him a 4 at all.
Amir - 7m Tyler - 3m
that's 10 mill space if the GM and owner of Toronto has any common sense to use to get better inside presence,
pick up Amre Stoudemire and Draymond Green and our problem inside is gone plus they both can stretch the floor at the 4 spot.
Of course Green probably will re-sign with GS, Amre most likely will be up for grabs. The Center position I can understand why we have to roll with Jonas because there's really no good centers in the league who are not in long contracts or would rather go to a different team. However, if we know that's the case - Jonas should've been playing in the fourth quarter during the regular season so he could be prepared for the playoffs.
they will have to also step up defensively down the stretch. wall and beal easily got into the lane today. raptor's guards need to contain the outside and if they get beat the bigs need to be their to help them out. but also weakside help needs to come and stop wall or beal dishing out any easy kinds of passes
i don't think the raptors will make it out of the first round. wizards overall are just the better team. i just don't see them changing enough of their game plan to beat the wizards
patterson can't play the 3, he is more of a stretch 4

And if Raptors don't make it out of the first round it'll be a huge dissapointment, not like last year. Last year you could attribute it to being rookies to the playoffs, this season you know what it's like you need to make every trip count. So if we don't at least make it to round 2 and at least 6 games toronto will be a joke

This is the last season for the spurs in my opinion, I don't see much more coming from Tim, Parker, Manu ect. Kawahi and Green won't be bringing the spurs to the final so I'm ruling them out after this season

Mesai said he wants to get A Wiggins, at the moment i don't think we need a SG/SF though because we have Derozan and Pat which both fill those positions well.
But I do think the only way Lou goes is if we get Wiggins in the mix somehow.
I could see Vasquez, Chuck, Landry, Tyler go.
Amir is the tough one because as much as I personally want him gone because I don't see where he adds to the team offensively or even defensively most time he's a raptors vet with a lot of heart you can see it he's always on the floor during rebound scenarios, I compare him to Haslem in Miami. They're old, not as good but they're the heart of the team you can just see it on them.
the only way i see aldridge leaving portland is if they have a really bad first round to the grizzlies(which might happen).
plus the western conference is loaded with talent. Okc will be back next year with a healthy durant. NO is on the rise with davis. and you never know if the spurs are gonna be contenders again or not.
it might be best for aldridge to leave the western conference and maybe join an eastern conference team. the knicks seem like a long shot but they will be considered. but the raptors doesn't seem like such a bad fit.
chuck hayes and landry fields are gone and i'd let amir johnson and tyler hansbrough go. thats a lot of expired contracts for the raptors. plus lou williams is a free agent after this season. they'll have around 15 million if they let these guys leave
i totally agree and thats what they need to do this offseason

Our guards are perfect, I wouldn't trade any of them because none of them are scared to make a big shot.
Lowry, Lou, Vasquez, Tross needs to become more consistent and Derozan needs to stop deferring.
The real problem with the raptors is our big men this game is an aberration, Kyle fouled out in the 3rd quarter and did nothing that won't happen every game this series so I'm not concerned about the guards at all.
You cannot as a big man allow 16 offensive rebounds in a game and expect to win. You cannot as a couch bench the starting C the whole fourth quarter and expect anything to be done in the paint.
The GM needs to find a big man i don't care who I'm sure there'll be some in the FA this off season, Amir and Jonas have to go i don't care if jonas is a rookie get him out of here
there is a reason jahlil okafor and karl anthony towns are going to go #1 and #2 in the 2015 draft. these are franchise players that are basically irreplaceable. they are going to be top 10 players in their prime
guards and centers are two different types of position. centers have great value. there are not very many good centers in the market out there and in contrast there are lots of guards that are capable of a starting position.

Watch Anthony Davis this game. GSW is gonna blow em out in game 1 but Davis is gonna have a big game

We need to either trade all our big men or get them more involved in the game.
There was what 16 offensive boards? Why? Because we have Amir Johnson who is probably 6 9 playing the 5 guard the whole 4th quarter and we benched our real C Jonas V. the whole time
we have no chance until we trade Amir, Jonas and get real big men somehow.
i already said that the raptors flourish with guard play. you have to be able to get points in the paint in the playoffs and shooting jump shots in OT didn't help them at all. they scored only four points in OT and they came in the last 30 sec when the game was literally over.
