Crash
There's no way to describe this movie without ruining the plot, really. It's an Oscar winner.

Anthony: That waitress sized us up in two seconds. We're black and black people don't tip. So she wasn't gonna waste her time. Now somebody like that? Nothing you can do to change their mind. Peter: So, uh... how much did you leave? Anthony: You expect me to pay for that kind of service?

go for it.
Memento
A man who cannot form new memories tattoos new information towards finding the man who forced sex upon and murdered his wife (his last memory) on his body, and makes progress towards finding the killer every day. The ending is amazing, you almost certainly won't see it coming.

Natalie: What's the last thing that you do remember? Leonard Shelby: My wife... Natalie: That's sweet. Leonard Shelby: ...dying.

Mr. Nobody
Humanity has achieved quasi-immortality (they do not age) and the titular Mr. Nobody is the last mortal human, about to die at the age of 120. He is on a reality show where the audience decides whether he will live or die. As Mr. Nobody is interviewed, he recounts numerous different versions of his past with no one being sure which one is true.
