I need to write an application for a scholarship and I have a dilemma.

"it would sure help" or "it would surely help". (formal register)

Is it correct if I say "It would help a great impact on my decision making and would be extremely beneficial" or is it MANDATORY to re-write the subject "...and IT would be extremely beneficial". I know 2nd one is correct but can I write it without it?

go with the more formal language regardless.

I don't know if rewriting the subject is what they want, depends on the scholarship.

"It would make a great impact on both my decision making process and my financial well-being..."
