The benefits of modding:

You guys don't know how many reports Steven helped with while I was a mod btw--just from me asking him to double check my verdict or how to handle something from a precedent standpoint. He was always willing to help and certainly contributed to a low OT rate and me having the confidence to handle some of the sticky reports. :)


doesnt make him a good solo mod though!

yes, being able to do reports well is important, and he was good at that... but he never did a lot, and we needed people who did.

Carly was a great mod and should/would've been my eventual replacement as admin if things had gone more.... smoothly.

Much how Steven dislikes it, she was 5 tiers above him at modding.


steven was almost as great though


really wasn't. he was relatively inactive the first time nad did almost nothing the following times. He was like Rondar, except without the great first time. he wasnt' bad but just... average.

knowing how to do reports isnt that important if you dont actually do them
