governor is too powerful for a setup where reports aren't ambiguous (like cop reports with GF/miller) and always 1 is guaranteed. You're potentially going up against 3 clears day 1, making ML day a 50/50.

Day start sucks for mafia a bit, but at least dreamer wouldn't be guaranteed anything.

At least with this dreamer can mistakenly get miller in a 3person dream, plus mafia can potentially N1 one of the PRs.

The comparison really isn't close. Your setup lets the d1 dreamer report dictate the game and make it really disadvantageous for scum right out of the gate.

At least, it's no more town sided than o2r, seeing as it's near impossible for dreamer to get more than the n1 report. If someone remade o2r as a 7p dawn start it'd be near identical

Dreamer always gets an N1 report and it's probably one of the most powerful PRs in the game. Cop wouldn't get an N1 report in O2R and even then his reports are way less helpful to the Town in O2R than the dreamer's are in your setup - it ALWAYS lists one name and there's a GF making them irrelevant at times.

It's more townsided than O2R. O2R has a Godfather and the possibility of a dead Cop/report on dead n1 as well.
