it was bad play on his part but i don't think it was inherently gamethrowing as he had reason to why he hammered you, even if said 'to teach you a lesson' can be sorely put out of context of things
he was teaching you a lesson by disobeying him, which falls under a game-related action and isn't a grudge/GT
i made the mistake of becoming friends with arcbell because now he will opt out of my reports since he'd consider himself biased when he is the most objective thinker on the team
i can't wait for retti or someone i am on similar terms with to take my report and take the "safe" option of disagreeing with me so that they don't look like they got bullied into handing out a violation
I admitted in that game that I townread Gatso. I believe my justification was "I'm pretty sure you're dumb town, but I could be wrong, and I'm pretty certain you will vote wrong or be lynched tomorrow anyway, so I'm lynching you. Bye."
"to prove a point" is absolutely not the same thing as "because you think they're idiotic/liability"

Intent to lynch someone to prove a point/because you think they're idiotic/liability, and intent to lose aren't necessarily the same thing, though. Hence why I got no violation.
