I've been up since 7 and working all day, I am currently at work and as soon as I finish work I'm heading straight to a venue to do sound until 2am at which point I have a train at 6am tomorrow.

i finally have a day where i can sleep in, and i wake up at 2 in the morning. my life sucks.

I'm going to have to switch to a dual-core sleep schedule as my new job runs 4am-8am, 4x a week (which is currently the only time i do sleep).

Also, when (very briefly) reading up on them, I found that it's actually healthy to also have an afternoon nap (for around 20 minutes):



Although this schedule involves only sleeping for 5hrs 20mins each day, which doesn't seem like enough (especially for me).

To be fair I have been moving myself onto a dual sleep schedule like we're supposed to have. 9pm - 1am and 6am - 10am.

i used to do this a lot before winter break messed up my sleeping schedule. you wake up feeling great.

sounds like fun but it would mean sleeping right after dinner which would suck. unless you moved your meals back as well

I should sleep at 10PM, but I slept at 4:30AM.
