Just take a look at the honor role section,with kino cheating all over the place.

so kino, why not taking over my honor roles by cheating in your custom lobbies: detective: 5/11 fabricator: 9/13

i am voting all get free tokens not because i think we need them to get custom lobbies to win Honor Role but mostly because if everyone got free tokens it would mean i would get free tokens and that would be me getting free tokens and that would make me slightly happy.
