i have every idea of how i come across, i'm not socially unaware. i also spend the overwhelming majority of my day having to be nice to people that i don't like. i'm not going to do that on a website i only use when i come home from work too.
even then, it's not like i'm that bad. if the worst thing i say to you is "you're mad," you must have some incredibly thin skin if you take it badly. i could be nice and respectful to everyone, and i used to back in 2010-2011, but it takes a whole lot of effort to be respectful to people that don't deserve it. Nothing went over our heads. It's clear that you honestly believe what you are saying is true. You either must know what you are saying is only to defend your friend or something is blinding you and it is sad. There is no reason for him to treat any one person the way he did. That wouldn't fly for a staff member anywhere else. That's called being unprofessional.

good thing slow wasn't talking about you, but the community as a whole. slow most likely treated you like because you tend to complain about the circlejerk and whine about the mods in the least productive and most biased way possible. that doesn't excuse the other thousand people that use this site and treat the mods like garbage, though. it's a site mentality, and that's the point he was trying to drive home. it clearly went over you and floor's heads though
If you're so mad about the mods being treated badly, you are wrong. This is the internet, welcome to the internet. I agree that mods shouldn't be treated badly, but we are on epic mafia. People tell me all the freaking time that they don't want to baby the site or whatever. The only way you get what you want here is if you make it a universal rule to not be disrespectful, rude, or flame anyone. That is the only way. If the members can be treated terribly by mods, the mods can be treated the exact way. If you like to spew out "umad" every five seconds, the mods shouldn't be crying every time they aren't liked. They KNEW WHAT THEY WERE GETTING IN TO. I don't see the complaint here at all.

Main argument is that he's crying about- when it comes down to it, people treating him not how he wants to be treated. He's literally complaining about being bullied. What is the point? Does he want me to change the attitudes of the general populace? Take pity in him? There is no point to this whole thread at all.
if your opinion is that you don't need to treat the mods with any sort of dignity because they're replaceable, then you aren't worth arguing with. i'd be more than happy to hear your opinion as long as it doesn't have to deal with the circlejerk you're obsessed with, though.

Yay i am good at arguing, I was once debating about censoring swears, and the guy who I was talking to got offended for no reason, and said that it was reported on news that kids suicide becouse of internet.
I'll argue your point as long as you don't all of a sudden stop arguing with logic and go back to sarcastically making "good posts" and saying umad over and over.
there's nothing to agree with. you can argue all you want about my rhetoric and how i use the word mad, but at the end of the day, floor's main argument was that mods are replaceable and don't need to be treated with any sort of respect or dignity, which is pretty freaking ludicrous, and i think we can all agree on that.
go ahead and derail the thread complaining about the circlejerkers though. it won't get you anywhere, and it sure as hell isn't productive. because at the end of the day, the only thing you have to contribute is your complaints about the circlejerk.
I was talking to someone with kristy while in the pregame of mafia a day or two ago and she said out of nowhere that the "people on the forums gang up on me whenever I try to have an opinion". This is someone I never talk to having this exact opinion I have. Obviously there is a problem here.
