Oh, I haven't really had /bad/ neighbors, but one of them had tons of cats. Like 20. But they only claimed about 3 of them at most. I found a cat by the creek behind their house and it was dying, so I told them about it but they just said "it wasn't theirs." I brought it fruit and bread and water everyday but it didn't eat any and died eventually :( I wrote a poem for it and taped it to a rock as its grave (I was too sad to actually bury it.) Then its body washed away when there was a heavy rain and the creek flooded. Yeah :(
