@Arcbell Since June, you've been a pretty calm guy and that's really hard to do under the circumstances so kudos to your self control! Also, you try to run fun things for EM like Forum Maf (which is going nicely) and Secret Alt Competitions. Things like that are right up your alley and you're pretty creative on the whole.
