The glitch probably has to do with witch. It is possible that when witch is successful, the people visit themselves to die. Since witch was succesful, aside from dying via the mafia you also were killed via witch, and my guess is that witch activates a yakuza effect, causing you to visit yourself and learn the role of interceptor

Otherwise I have no clue.

The vig didn't get the message though, he was the first killed by the interceptor.

If that's the only message that you got then it's a glitch upon death since many people visited you that night and one of the people who found out the interceptor's identity was the vig
