I ended up just carrying a giant pitcher of water in a small string backpack and I'd pull it out whenever people asked why I wasn't wearing a costume.
"What are you supposed to be?"
"I'm thirsty." Then i'd wink.
Well I got a red wig and labcoat to cosplay as Makise Kurisu, but ended up having to tell people I was a scientist to the non kawaii's :s
