Not receiving rank

I was receiving rank for games before all the lobbies got shifted around and Training was merged with Comp (I have about 1200 on my profile) but now I don't receive any, even in comp games. Is there something I need to do, or is this just a bug, or what?

Rank needs to be removed entirely. It was an ELO copy originally and since it's broken AND un-necessary it should just be obliterated.

Yet I've seen a lot of people that still get it?
People who were able to keep their training rank still have it. The people who had enough points to be shifted over to comp have now eternally lost it. Noobs who've joined after the switch will never get one.
