when playing mafia irl with ur friends the biggest issue is night meetings

mafia should discuss strategy and plan claims etc

however this does not happen so real life mafia tends to be dominated by the town due the mafia's incompetence

so the obvious solution is to stack the game in favor of mafia but that creates shorter games and less fun

the question is:

how to make night meetings more than just pointing without revealing mafia's role to other players

cuz obviously if they talked ppl would hear and ppl would hear people walking to another room. ur thoughts pls
