This is a bug where there is a mason, driver and bg (don't know if it works with other protection roles).

The mason masons a random village sided role. The driver drives himself with the village sided role. The bodyguard protects the mason. The mafia gets masoned and the village sided role dies.

It happened in this game N2: https://epicmafia.com/game/3379914 however what happened was there was virgin death the day before so no one died.
