If you try to send a PM too soon after the previous one, you get the "You must wait 46 seconds before writing another message." error but then the Send Message button completely disappears.

Meaning you have to refresh to see the Send Message button again and you lose your initial message if you didn't c/p it.

This wasn't an issue before. The Send Message button never disappeared before.
