I went on yahoo answers first and they freaked me out bad saying I would go to jail but now I feel better. Khnm I gave my legit address but a phony name and didn't give my ssn. I thought they'd be able to trace the number, see my mother's kids, see that one of them shares my birthday, then connect the dots and find out it was me. But it was only indecent exposure so I guess they wouldn't go through the trouble

Right there is no way they can find your name if they just have your address and phone number. There are no databases ANYWHERE linking names to addresses.
And even if they somehow found your name, it's not like they'd know where you lived so how could they even find you?
