DEFINITELY! The avatar can dramatically effect the price of a user account. For instance, someone with the user account named 'Troll' with an avatar of a troll would be worth much more than an account named 'Cheddar' with no avatar assuming that both accounts have no points or stats.
Avatar and account name effects the price greatly.

Where 'weed' may work for some, I'm afraid that it is not the sort of thing that I would entertain again as it is a part of my life that I have left behind. Though I can understand why you would suggest such a device to instil some sort of creative impetus.
