yeah, guns behave differently during a kick. i'll fix this after i finish the mobile interface for the game. it's not a high priority bug

i wonder if there are any instances of this with other achievements. guns have always been weird at kicks like bronto mentioned, but i always imagined that to be more related to votes (vegbombing ect)

i know achievements just weird out sometimes (even before the he's batman achieve), and perhaps this was one of the causes all along.
