Hi, hello, some of you may have heard of me, some of you might not have, but my name is Gist regardless, and I'm here to bring you something that I've been thinking about since really I started coming back to Training.

I don't see much diversity in Training. Basically, all everyone plays is SITD, Classic, Fancy Pants, and the odd game of Coco's. This is boring. It's endless point farming. Can we perhaps bring something new to the table? Could we train for a future competition with knowledge of how roles work? Could we make something interesting?

I bring you all the New Setup Initiative (credit to Bront for the name lal, it just seemed so appropriate for this suggestion). My goal here is to bring setups from the dim background and into the limelight. Even if it's just for a couple of plays, at least they'll get some exposure to the sunlight out here, and maybe, with luck, we'll see new different games every couple of pages. That would really be nice.

If you're interested in bringing a setup from the dark and into the light, post it, and I'll see if we can get some plays on it.

This is not a setup suggestion thread, nor will it ever be.
