That was actually abc using her name. I totally understand your concerns though from your other post. If she cheats again, she'll be banned. She has a short leash.
And Pranay's right, it's not fair to keep someone indefinitely banned unless we can prove it's them consistently breaking the rules. Evasion is tough to catch.
well i dont think prevail should be unbanned, but the US law puts the burden of proof on prosecution. If the mods don't have anything to ban her, then they cant.

Bronto, Prevail was an evading account to begin with. her main was Anteup which was banned for cheating. she's got two cheating violations and should have so many evasion vio's you don't have enough fingers for it (e.g. she evaded on SillyWorld but deleted the account before the mods could give her a vio)
We'll see if that's true, Connor. At the very least, she served the time for her known evasion and cheating, so she is allowed to be unbanned.

a chronic cheater with patently no moral base that has *** up multiple rounds and has somehow gone undercover during the last 3 months does not deserve to be unbanned.
well petri was obviously going to behave considering she'd been clean for like 7 months without caring for her unbanishment. prevail is still obsessed and crazy
I saw the Arcbell/Petri comparison and wanted to quash that suspicion. Petri's behaved well since her unban though.
I mean, it's not really fair to keep people indefinitely banned. She served her time, the ball is in her court. If she screws up, then we just ban her again. It's not that big of a deal.
Prevail was due for her unban, and so I unbanned her. She had been banned for 9 months, 6 for her least cheating offense and then an additional 3 for evading. She'll be giving us all the accounts she is using and will be on a short leash.
I don't even know Prevail and never spoke with her until a few days ago, this isn't about me unbanning someone I'm close with, it's just about unbanning someone when they're due to be unbanned.
If she causes trouble, she gets banned again. If she behaves, she won't.
