infinite loading screen

whenever i try to join a game on my computer there is always a infinite loading screen and also the chat says there is no one and no one talking. if i go on a different computer it always works and it's becoming anonying so does anyone know how to fix this

Log out log back in

Clear cache

Use another browser

Reset your router

Always follow those steps in that order for any EM problems. Usually the first couple will fix it. If it still doesn't work after all of them then we have a problem
