This is a big European Black Pine.

That's a nice pine. I know a lot of guys and gals on the East Coast prefer white pines (Pinus strobus) but I personally am a big fan of black pines as well. Which is why I'm hoping the right people make an appearance in this thread, haha. (Sounds weird but they'll know what I mean when they see this post.)

omg this is so awesome :)
There's nothing quite like big, healthy pines if you're looking for quick cheap thrills and chills on the Internet. :^D

I know there are one or two EM users with a vested interest in pines deep down inside them, even if they don't know it yet. Here's hoping they find this thread and show us their pines before all the hype dies down.
Stop projecting your feelings and wants onto others.

You can show pines however you'd like, as long as they are the real McCoy. :P

Can we show pines in other forms??
Petaabout 12 years ago
Here's hoping this thread and others spread interest in pines on EM and elsewhere on the Internet.

Looking back on some of the pics I posted ... I'm not so sure about this one. You'd think longer pines are always better, but what are you supposed to do with all that extra length? Haha.

Most of the best pines have a trunk that's long, thick, and sturdy, like this one. These pines are practically pulsing with sap.
