That's why I'm not saying dedicate one moderator fully to something (they'll grow tired of it and getting specialised in one thing kinda narrows down your skills on different aspects), but make it more integrated. There are preferences (I don't know the preferences of current mods, but I'm sure there are people who like to do community vios over GT's, some the other way around, third likes to scan the forums etc.), so align these preferences to the needs of the site and moderation won't be that sweaty all of a sudden.

That's pretty close to the way things were done for awhile except you had entire groups of specialised moderators. It didn't work out well.

Guys, that "list" is not going to be all used. It was just a compilation of lists found on reputable sources and from the userbase. Many will be just moderated words for misuse and not censored. However, until then, please just avoid vulgarity. We have to be more cut and dry right now until things are sorted. Lucidrains did not want to be put in this position, but due to the unfortunate choices of a couple users, it is now necessary.
