Im pretty sure lucid said it's legal because someone could be tricking the other. if there is no risk of tricking (like in this case) then it is cheating

@Matt it is not about a fear of deletion that is the negative of the list or even the neg bombs that come from it. It is the fact that people who I have never played before will enter games and beg me not to troll them or call me a troll try to provoke me then leave. It is rather infuriating to say the least

Wrong, Falcon. Lucid doesnt check emails from YOU. Germatron would be a different case. Most emails I can only assume to be "RESTORE HEART PLEASE FOR TROLLED." Care to prove that he doesnt check his email? You can't.

metagaming as cheating is a pretty moot point ("cheating" isn't even mentioned in the rules... just specific forms of it).
but if you can convince us/lucid that Mikami talked with friends via irc/aim/msn/text/telegraph, then it is bannable

@matt the fact that just talking to him might make him remove her off hte list proves that his evidence is so inconclusive that it isn't enough to make him hold his ground. He would easily change his mind if enough preasure was put on him about anyone on that list (well most of them, some are real trolls ex. psycho).

They were metaing and got deleted, codes are not a legit tactic and it was punished once.

Yeah, Lucid doesn't check his email dumbass. Also Lucid deletes people that need to be at leisure its very common for people to not get deleted for a few months overdue. Another problem with your input being tainted with the relative newness godot.

Super I dont understand what you are saying but I think you are saying that two people were deleted because of using codes. Codes are legal and a meta strat. Lucid and everyone here recognizes metagaming as a legit way to play. So I assume you are not supporting a mikami ban. Thanks

@Matt; no they are not a waste of time, the problem is that there is not enough time invested into those reports to make such a definitive list of trolls. I have reported only the most grievous of trolls on that list, but some people will report for WIFOM which is obvious (how I got on that list and not actual trolling)

The trolls deleted were up for deletion anyways due to massive negative karma prior to being on the thread, not because they were on the thread. That thread is bullshit, this thread is a legit claim to cheating however I will fight it until it is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that mikami cheats
