1. Avatar and other info - This is pretty important. You avatar defines you. The info below shows how much karma (which you can get from other players), score, and kudos you have. You can't get score or kudos, but you can get karma. Its only purpose is for bragging rights.
2. Status - You can change this in settings. It just says anything you want.
3. Family, Age, Gender, and Relationship Info - This bar shows what Epicmafia "Family" you're in, your age and gender (set in settings), and if you're in an Epicmafia relationship with another user (also set in settings). When it's a user's birthday, it will also say that here.
4. User profile - This is where you can put whatever you want. Just mouse over it, and on the top right there will be a little pencil icon, which you click on to edit your profile. I should probably clean my profile up one day.
5. Stickers - Stickers can be given to you by another player for a few tokens. The gear on the top right allows you to see who sent you those stickers. Below it are the roles that you like, which you can set from the "Learn" page.
6. Ask Section - The Ask section allows you to answer questions that other people ask you. These questions can be anonymous. On other peoples' profiles, you can ask questions.
7. Profile Video - You can set a video to play on your profile from your settings.
8. Inbox - This goes to your inbox.
9. Family - This goes to your family, if you are in one.
10. Buy - This allows you to buy tokens and use them to get cool things, like colors or a profile background.
11. The first button goes to your profile, which you're on right now. The second goes to your stats (not really needed in sandbox). The third goes to the alternate account page.
12. Friend List - The friend list shows everyone you are friends with. You can request friendship either ingame or by going to a user's profile and on their friends list, there should be a gear. This gear allows you to block a user or request to be friends with them. Once you are friends with a user, you can also "Poke" them in this menu. This doesn't do anything.
13. Active Friend Requests - These are friend requests that have not been accepted yet. God damn it Jamal accept my friend request already!
14. Pokes - This is where you can poke other users back.
15. Favorited Setups - These are setups that you favorite by starring them. They will show up here.
16. Recent activity - Nobody really cares about this but it says when you're shot, lynched, saved, etc.
17. Comment - Leave a comment for the user here.
18. Recent games - Nobody cares about this, because you can't play ranked games in sandbox.
19. Created Setups - Shows the setups that you have created in "Create Game".
20. Comments - Comments from other users.

Forums

1. Here you can switch to the forums of other lobbies. I'm sure you don't want to do that, though.
2. Forum Categories - Here are the different forum categories in Sandbox. The description explains what each one is for. Click on the Category title to see all of the threads in that Category.
3. Recent Threads - These are the most recent threads from each category.
4. Search - Here you can search for any thread or comment using some keywords.
5. Start Topic - If you click on this, you can create your own thread.
6. Topic List - Big list of every single topic ever made in the category.
