This thread is the notebook of Sandboxer tigermom. It may interest me to read these a mite pathetic thoughts of mine in the future, but if it by any chance doesn't let this thread exist as a reminder of her greatness.
Please don't request an opinion if I don't know you, thus saving me from the emotional labor of coming up with something insincere and you having to read it.
hi im playing the child of a tiger mom in a show i only get 3 hours of sleep a night and hide in the bathroom cabinet and im not allowed to cry how else can i prepare
Well the only variation I can think of is 3.5% fat milk to 2.5% fat milk which is a little cheaper (and healthier I suppose) but I don't really feel the difference that much as I do in cottage cheese.
Have you ever thought of putting cow milk (or any non-vegan product) inside your mouth without actually swallowing it? Just to see what it tastes like.

oh do you not have varied cow milk there? personally i never had any milk from an animal bc i was brought up by vegans but i think my favourite of the milk alternatives i've had has to be coconut milk
What are your thoughts on how people perceive myth and truth? Is it solely based on upbringing? Are there sociocultural and environmental aspects involved with how people view the world?
oh sorry I was talking about cow milk only (I've tried goat milk once in my life and it was very weird) hence all the talk about growth hormones. I don't really drink soy milk here because it's expensive no?
I have mixed feelings; on one hand osteoporosis rates are higher in populations that consume milk (basically Western countries), on the other hand give me that growth hormone!!!
I'll probably stop drinking it when it gives me no benefits.
I think so; at the very least, I think we can all agree that the parents should impart the value of effort and hard work (as is in tiger parenting) instead of praising a child for simply being clever, as nobody is a genius and sooner or later (i.e. in middle school, high school. university, adult life etc.) the child will reach the limit where intelligence alone will not be sufficient to accomplish the task set out, and having to use skills they'd never needed to use before and thus never truly developed may be overwhelming.
