This will be an outlet for a private moderator action log file. If a user requests a mod action against them be made public then it will be posted here. Punished users will already know what their punishment is in private.

Keep thread locked unless you need to post a mod action. Mods reserve the right to delete non-mod posts if they slip in between locks and unlocks.

Do not submit a mod action until the report has been handled by site mods.
