This is a good idea but you can buy 1000 hotmail accounts for like $10 or less.
Apparently trying to stop banned users isn't something to put effort into.

yes! you can pm a mod to whitelist a certain domain. currently any email ending with ".edu" should be untouched
it prevents users bypassing
Oh so this is what the mod team puts their effort into. Makes perfect sense.
i assume we can request certain other email address's for whatever reason assuming theyre legit enough (i.e. school emails or smth?)
