How to fix the rules page

almost 10 years

Yesterday, I asked this: https://epicmafia.com/topic/75968

Hima explained to me in the Sandbox chat box that editing the rules page cannot be done without the page breaking. I asked my friend DrSharky about this since he has more experience in web coding than I do, and he came up with this in an editor:

To add a new rule, all Lucid has to do is insert this block of code beneath an already existing rule in the file "rules" and there should be no graphical errors. Here's a pastebin with the HTML: http://pastebin.com/SZy4MphQ

Now Lucid can add any new rules he wants and everything should be okay.

the sooner you feel the same way, the less of a fool youll make of yourself

i'm not really worried about being seen as a fool in the eyes of people who have that attitude.

It's also possible that I was lied to by people who don't know what's going on, because not only is DrSharky's code extremely basic, but it doesn't mess any formatting up and makes no edits to the CSS, and so to make themselves look better they'll pretend that they never saw anything.

But hey, who would do that?

I decided to put the code in a pastebin so that way this post is a little more useful.

Of course when I post it the forum refuses to display the characters properly. At least it shows up fine in the post editor.
