Okay. I have an alt account (called FlyhnDaFlygon) for EXCLUSIVELY playing non-ranked games, and i don't want to have any records of ever playing ranked on that one alt specifically. However, this is a problem, because i want to be able to make forum threads with this alt. But i can't. Because you need to have 100 points in order to post.

And another issue is the ability to report. Again, there's a point requirement (can't remember what it is atm). Some of you may argue that i don't need to report people with this alt because game-related reports aren't valid for non-ranked games. But what if there's a really bad lobby troll, or someone launching HCs at absolutely everyone around them for no real reason other than to offend them? I don't want to go through the hastle of changing to my main account and trying to search for them all over the site just to file one report. I just want to be able to do it right there.

Now i understand why these rules are in place, to prevent people from making an account and using it to spam the forums or false report everyone they meet. But this is an alt connected to my main account, that HAS reached the requirement of points and has no history of infractions.

So here's my idea. If any one of a user's accounts has reached the amount of points required to post a thread or report someone, let ALL of their accounts do so. If someone makes an alt to spam, just simply ban the alt and infract their main account accordingly (assuming the mods have a way of knowing which accounts are all linked together, if not this entire post falls apart. oh well, worth a shot). If they don't connect the new alt to their account, they face the point requirement as normal.

All i want is the ability to start threads and report people from my alt without ruining the records, for convenience sake. Responses appreciated.
